I dealt with 'Sean the Plumber' by telephone, from Carlisle. My daughters bathroom was leaking into her kitchen. She needed mum's help! Sean has excellent communication skills, understanding all the problems I was trying to resolve for my daughter. He has fixed her problems without any hassle.
