Pro-Teck completed our kitchen wiring to a high standard and in good time, working alongside our kitchen fitters. We were pleased with the end result. Marcin is a knowledgeable and trustworthy electrician and was always helpful in answering any questions we had. We would recommend Pro-Teck to friends and family.

Marcin was very thorough and explained the process + gave recommendations on improvements but not essential work. Arrived on time, put on shoe protectors and was very polite.

Marcin & Peter has done a FANTASTIC job for us, quoted early in week and came on Saturday, so very quick. We had multiple single sockets changed into double, extra sockets put into some bedrooms, all light switches changed from dimmer to switch & light fittings changed. They were incredibly professional and very diligent in their work. We will be hiring again and would recommend to anyone.

I employed Pro Teck electrical to do the electrical work for an extension to my home in Surrey. I have found their work to be of the highest quality. Their tradesmen are polite and their charges are very reasonable. I continue to use them for various other electrical work (the older part of the house also needed work) and I recommend them very highly.

BIG WARNING! WORST EXPERIENCE! MARCIN, A VERY UNHONEST/AGGRESSIVE/UNPROFESSIONAL GUY! Agreed to pay material cost based on purchasing invoices. But Marcin issued an invoice with his own company title, pricing material much higher than retailing price. When I asked the original suppliers’ invoices, he said he is our supplier & I must accept his price He likes to use the term of “solicitor” to scare & force people. Luckily, my husband is a senior lawyer, we know much legal knowledge. When I answered “Ok, my solicitor will contact you”, I immediately find out he has no solicitor at all and back down immediately They made 5 out of 16 ceiling holes too big to fix the downlighters. But he refused to be responsible for the fixtures & claimed that their responsibility is to install the lights only. Utterly ridiculous! An Ethernet wired connection doesn’t work at all. He found so many absurd excuses & asked me to pay £60 deposit in advance for checking. That’s the first time ever I heard the theory that consumer need to pay a deposit for checking/fixing the work they did wrong They wired the Sauna wrongly. When used the sauna, the electricity power fuse jumped immediately. The strange thing is Sauna at 2nd floor, but the electricity power fuse jumped at ground floor & 1st floor. But he said it is not his responsibility. If it is not his responsibility, why he did charge me for the wiring work? I really cannot understand the logic behind it

Extremely precise and professional. Marcin runs a tight ship and impressed me from the start with a very clear and transparent quote that itemised the entire job, room-by-room down to the last plug socket. His team as they also used the latest equipment which ensured they were able to lift the floorboards with minimal damage and left the site clean and tidy. I would recommend PRO-TECK for the peace of mind they provide in the quality of their installations and adherence to the lastest regulatory requirements.
