Not the best experience, problems with wiring, it took a while to get someone out to correct it, sent someone who had never been on this job which was difficult for him and things went wrong! RCB was apparently ok but then not ok on the third visit, so £70 for literally a 5 minute job which didn't need doing in the first test? Didn't turn up 1 day, and late other days, the boys that they sub contracted where great though, they were efficient and considering they were dumped in the deep end they done well. So overall we won't be using this company again and would highly recommend looking elsewhere for a electrician

Andy and his team were brilliant, originally a two day job but completed within one day. Very tidy, cleaned up as went along, very helpful and did some additional work and changes to arranged job with no problems. Definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for electrical or data installation work. Thank you

Andy provided a first class job, re-wiring, testing and fitting new sockets in our home. He is always happy to come back and help us out if we need extra work done, and always with a smile on his face. I would thoroughly recommend him and Pro-tech electrical.

The job was first and second fix work in an extension I had built, including re-wiring a kitchen, alterations in an existing bathroom and underfloor heating. On occasions I dealt directly with Andrew and found him extremely helpful and knowledgeable offering ideas and solutions to problems that arose. I found Andrew and all of his workers very professional, clean working, efficient and finished to a very high standard exactly when said it would be with no issues. I have very high regard for Andrew and his team and have already passed his details onto friends and family who also say nothing but praise.

I would recommend pro tech electrical to everyone. They are professional tradesmen and did the job efficiently and quicker than planned. Punctual and friendly and when the job was finished cleaned the house. Very much happy with their job.
