We had a great service from Property Care Scotland. The visit for a quote was made promptly and the work was carried out the following week. There was also plumbing involved in the job so it was great they could provide both trades. Arrived promptly on the day, did a great job and the tradespeople as well as the phone contact were pleasant and helpful. Thank you!

Graham was more than helpful, came across a couple of problems that he would never have expected but managed to get the job done. Had a little look at a couple of other tiny things in the house to put our minds at rest. We will definitely use this company again. Job was taken on at short notice and was bigger than first expected, all in all this would have been done in one day if not for the late start on day one which was not anyones fault it was just when it started. Given the cost of materials and what Graham did and his time spent to get this cooker wired in and installed, I think the overall price was not too bad at all. Highly recommend. John

Graham arrived on time and after checking work needing done he confirmed costing for job. A little More than other estimates as I had already purchased new fan to be fitted. Work was completed he was polite and tidied up after.

I needed a new element in my oven. The initial visit happend very quickly and the part ordered. Once the part was received (delayed due to bank holidays and Royal Mail) it was installed quickly and a small fan issue also resolved. There was always a quick resply when I contracted them. Will use again.
