Chris embarked on a major front and back garden overhaul for our property in late November 2014. Right from our initial call, he instilled a sense of care and professionalism, and rare for a contractor - cared as much about making the most of our budget as we did. He worked solidly to get our project delivered on time (often into the dark), was always proactive with solutions and alternatives when problems arose, and generally was an absolute pleasure to work with. My husband and I are thrilled with our garden, and would be happy to recommend him to any new clients.

Chris was very thorough and professional in his work. Always on time to start the day he worked in all weathers and got the job done ahead of schedule. Chris made sure he understood what we wanted before commencing and came up with some ideas of his own which we were happy to include. He communicated well with us throughout and right up to when the job was completed and was happy to rectify and make some changes we wanted. I would recommend him highly to anyone who is looking for large patio areas to be laid and garden refurbishment work to be done.

Chris has made an amazing transformation to our garden. Chris came to quote for our garden and straight away we felt at ease with his manner, he is very pragmatic and gives helpful pointers based on his experience yet listens to what you want as the client (some other landscapers seemed set with their ideas). We did not give Chris a detailed plan of what we wanted and he was not phased by this and just got on with it. He turned up every day, he is very hardworking (he had some back breaking work moving slabs, concrete blocks and materials yet just got on with it). The work has been completed to a very high standard and he is now coming back to work on our driveway and front garden and we look forward to working with him again. Would definitely recommend.

Chris is a very easy man to work with, he listens and takes on board what you are asking for. I am 100% happy with the job he did for me and would have no hesitation in recommending him. I had a new patio laid, new turf and a garden shed - my garden now looks lovely! He is honest, hardworking and reliable - and that's a real find in this day and age! We hired Chris to level and turf our back garden, create a small patio with a 5 course brick wall round it and replace a number of fence panels. We decided to ask Chris for a quote on the strength of the reviews on this site and when he arrived to look at the job we were instantly impressed with his polite professional manner and the fact that he seemed enthusiastic about the job (our garden was in a real mess due to us dumping lots of spoil and rubbish in it after a extensive 4 year house renovation). We were even more impressed when Chris kept to his word and got his quote back to us quickly and when he said he would, something a lot of tradesmen simply don't seem to bother to do (and hence I'm sure lose a lot of work as a result). When Chris actually came to do the job he turned up when he said he would, worked very hard throughout the day and always tidied up before he went home even though we had no intention of trying to use the garden after he had gone home. The turf he supplied was great quality and the neatness of the work he did on the fencing and patio impressed us greatly. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chris, he is extremely hard working, cares about doing a good job and is a very pleasant chap to deal with.
