Brilliant. I was on days and not in a position to meet Fred in daylight hours. He carried out an inspection on my authority and quoted me a good price for clearing my gutters plus a minor repair. All done over the phone in a professional and courteous manner. Noticed a couple of tiles need repair/replacing. Didn't try to hassle me but we agreed they could be done sometime in the new year. All in all very satisfied for a job well done.

Fred is a very friendly, professional tradesman. He took time to carry out a close examination of my roof and explain the extent of the problem to me. The job started off just focused on clearing out the guttering, but it became clear that a leak previously identified could be remedied at the same time as clearing the guttering. Fred was very helpful and clear about the work to be done. The initial date for work had to be postponed one day, but after that was agreed, the job was done quickly and to a high standard. He cleaned up after the job, which was much appreciated! I think the price was appropriate for the job. I would definitely recommend Fred to others.
