Although the existing bannisters were unusual, Mark managed to obtain an excellent match and it became possible to do the job by replacing just three of the newel posts, thus saving some money. The job was done to a high standard. Although sourcing the posts took time, once he had them, Mark himself was prompt in getting the job done.

Originally, Mark came round to quote for another job, but having found out he also does doors, I asked him to also quote and then complete the job of taking out and then installing a new front door, in a house that had a door that didn't work, and had been put in wonky originally! He was polite, courteous, a genuinely nice guy, who communicated well about the work, and did an excellent job. He was clean, tidy, and thorough. I was extremely pleased with the result, and would highly recommend him. At this point, I understand he is fairly new to this website and so has limited reviews, but honestly, I was very happy with the work he did, and would happily recommend him to anyone.
