Bogdan has done an outstanding job on one of my Student accommodation properties. He is very reliable, on time, and knows what he is doing. Bogdan painted two leak stained ceilings for me, and completed a whole bathroom within a very acceptable timeframe. Bogdan is also very neat and tidy in his work, and I did not need to get my housekeeper to clean up after him. Very impressing and efficient work.

bogdan of proactive construction did a first rate job of assembling and positioning my 3 door solid pine wardrobe. bogdan was very polite and punctual. he was very helpful and very clean and professional. he did the job to a very high standard and i would highly recommend him to anyone who needs similar work doing. good work at a reasonable price. will definitely use bogdan again.

Fantastic job, of assembling a bunk bed in a very restricted area. Was highly efficient and very professional from the moment we spoke on the phone. Arrived on time kept me informed of what he was doing. Everywhere was cleaned up. I would not hesitate to recommend Bogdan, to anyone who would need his services.
