He turned up on time and we agreed a price which was reasonable. Alan and his colleague arrived the next day to carry out the work. Unfortunately it started to rain and he had to stop work because he was repointing which I respected. He finished the work off today with no problems and all looks very good. He was very personable and professional in what he was doing. He picked up on things a previous person did not. Went for repair, was done there and then in less than half hour. Will definitely use in future but hoping for no more holes in my roof!
