Needed 4 taps changing in my bathroom and chose Pritchards Plumbing to carry out this task. Agreed time and price and Liam arrived spot on time. Two of the bath taps I ordered were the wrong type of thread but Liam carried on with the sink taps which was a bit of task due to old pipes. Liam was professional throughout and fixed the issues quickly. I was very impressed with Liam and will use his company again when I get the new correct taps for the bath. Highly recommended

From coming out to look and price up the job, Liam was very friendly, professional and helpful. He kept us informed when one of the radiators wasn’t going to be delivered in time and quickly rearranged a date for the work. He arrived on time and worked non-stop until the job was completed, tidying up afterwards. The job was done to a very high standard and we’re very happy with the result. Liam installed a new radiator in a new location for me and did an excellent job. He spent much longer than originally planned as things kept cropping up with what should, on face value, have been a fairly straight forward job. However he kept discovering gremlins lurking under my floors. To give him credit he kept working through all the obstacles until the job was finished and kept a smile on his face throughout. I would definitely have him back to do more work for me.
