Initially worried that no one would be interested in a single tile repair, I received three responses from roofers within 30 minutes. Spencer was quickest off the mark, calling round to inspect the job within the hour, decent quote so why shop around, job done immediately. Online request to job done - 2.5 hours. Provided close up picture of damaged roof and, unknown to me, cracked ridge tile which was useful to help understand what was going on up there. No pressure or sales patter but when I asked for advice it sounded reasonable, was freely given and polite with it. I trust them.
