We recently moved "down south" from Edinburgh and needed a new kitchen fitted. Jack's estimate was one of four, however, he was the only one who turned up on time and we appreciated being able to talk to the person who would actually do the job. He offered good advice and completed the job to our total satisfaction. He does not cut corners and the standard of the finish is excellent. He is utterly trustworthy and we will be asking him to do our bathroom as well.

Jack wasn't the cheapest quote that we received, but he seemed to be the best prepared both to meet our wishes and give experienced advice about what would and wouldn't work. Job started later than planned, and took a bit longer than expected. However, Jack kept us informed about the delayed start, and explained the causes for the change in programme. Work was completed to a high standard, and we are very positive about working with Prime expert. We would hire them again, and would happily recommend them to friends.

I cannot speak highly enough of Jack and the work he and his team did. He was thoroughly professional, courteous and efficient. He was so quick to get in touch, give me a quote and perform the work. I absolutely love the finished product and would definitely hire him again and recommend him to everyone. Absolutely brilliant!

Excellent quality of work, really professional finish, honest and reliable, as well as helpful in thinking through ideas. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others and would use again for other work. Would love to leave photo's as my tiny bathroom now looks wonderful - but it's so small I cant get a good picture!

Did an excellent job and was fully committed despite the job being small. Gave good advise and I will certainly use him to complete the remainder of the work in the future. Always on time and got on with the work in hand leaving the place tidy at the end.

Jacek and his employees completed work to a high standard. He takes ownership of work and has very good attention to detail. We are really pleased with his tiling, especially that the border we chose, was really time-consuming and required a lot of skill, as every piece had to be laid separately (3 layers of pieces sized: 15 x 200 mm). Even then, there was no impact on price. Price quoted was the price paid. Jacek was also happy to correct everything we wanted. What is more, he even offered himself to come at a later date to install made-to-order under basin unit, which we had to exchange due to manufacturer’s fault. As a person, Jacek is very honest and likable. We didn’t mind leaving him and his workmen at our home alone. Punctuality was also never an issue. Every day, Jacek would arrive at our property at 8 o’clock with all the materials needed that day. Overall, pleased with his work and are happy to give references.

I can't praise Jacek & his team enough for what they have done. They demonstrated professionalism and efficiency throughout, worked under extreme condition(heavy snowing most of the time!) and had never let us down. Most importantly, we now have a beautiful kitchen! So lovely to have them around, I would definitely have them back to work on other areas, think that says it all. More than happy to give reference if needed.
