    NICEIC failure( C2 issues (3) to attend too
    rather protracted but got there in the end!

    Hi David, Thank you for your feedback. I appreciate that you may have felt the process was somewhat prolonged, however as you originally received the quotation via our partner Landlord Certificates, and as we have a contractual relationship with them, we are unfortunately unable to provide quotations directly in those circumstances. This was ultimately the reason for the delay. We had actually already issued a quotation previously before the MyBuilder job was created, so from our side we were ready to proceed. However, as you understandably wished to explore alternative quotations, we unfortunately cannot take responsibility for the timescale thereafter as the quotation had already been provided.

    Safety certificate from a qualified electrical engineer

    certification for fire alarm system
    Didn't do what I had confirmed they would 4 times, charged me anyway, lied about the certification they would provide repeatedly. Con artists. They have lied again repeatedly in this response below, contradicting what they put in their messages to me. I knew I was in trouble when the person they send left without telling me and refused to respond to my phone calls/messages.

    Dear Rebecca, We provided the certification that you specifically requested and have been honest and thorough throughout the process. We always strive to provide our customers with a professional and reliable service. Following completion of the service, payment was refused by you before we were able to issue the documentation. Once the documents were provided, communication then became both abusive and threatening towards members of our staff, which we do not tolerate under any circumstances. As previously advised, we are happy to cooperate fully with your bank regarding any dispute and provide all supporting evidence relating to the completed works and certification issued.

    Electrical installation condition report(EICR) renewal
    Comms were great. Turned up on time and did a great job. Would definitely be looking to use them for future electrical needs

    New Relocated Fusebox 4 Bedroom House
    Sayid and his team from Prime Electrics are excellent - very professional and courteous, nothing was too difficult and they were very accommodating, even moving a socket to another position when I realised it was in the wrong place. They even helped with a flooring delivery, were always on time and cleaned up after themselves each day. I'll be definitely using them again for future projects.

    EICR
    Great communication! I requested an EICR which was carried out at a mutually convenient day/time. The electrician arrived on time and completed the job in a timely and professional manner. A second visit was necessary which was also the same. Very impressed and would recommend and definitely use Primelectrics again.
