Ron Smith from Prestige home improvements called within the hour of me contacting my builder. I was impressed with his professionalism and his team members. He temporary fixed the problem and will be back soon to complete the job which was identified as the cause of the damp. I would recommend Ron to my friends and am using him again. Jane

Ronnie from Prestige-Home-Improvements responded quickly and managed to visit my property to provide a quote very quickly. The work was carried out a few days later. He was clear on the timeline and expectations and kept in regular contact, the work looks great and was carried out with no fuss or mess and there have been no issues. I would strongly recommend Ronnie and his team.

Ronnie did some roofing work for me 3 months ago. My bathroom ceiling is now damaged as the roofing work he did has failed. Mistakes happen. Fair enough. What is not acceptable is the utter lack of after work care or communication. I have tried for 3 weeks to get him to come and see the problem. He ignores my texts and calls. The only way I managed to speak to him was to ring from another number on Friday (which he didn't know to ignore) and therefore called back on the following Tuesday hoping to find a new customer. He was audibly shocked to hear it was me but finally agreed to get the team to come and see it on Friday or the following week (whilst my roof is still letting in water every time it rains remember!). The following week has been and gone. He won't respond to any messages, or phone calls from either number. Avoid him at all costs. Total cowboy.

Project: Repair, reseal, and re-point leaking door frame on water storage structure on 3rd floor flat roof of commercial property. Quality: Work was conducted to a high quality and invoice was provided for the service. Strengths: Will go that little bit further to make sure the customer is happy (for example driving out of his way to source specific materials despite having similar in his van). Is a likeable character and has a good manner with his customer. Job was completed on time and to the price agreed.

Ronnie put in new fascia soffits and guttering on the rear of my house and replaced the roof of my garage with a corrugated tin one. He worked quickly with little mess and tidied up what mess there was afterwards. It was all very good and I am very happy with it.
