Your company wanted job doing on the 15th when advertised.so I showed interest.and you booked me.Then you wanted to have the job brought forward to the 11th between 10am and 12noon and emailed me about this.When I read my email I rang the number on your email and told the lady I spoke to that I can’t make that time and if you did want me on that date I can only come at 7pm.She said we will ring you back because someone has to be there to meet me.Nobody rang so I didn’t go.Then I did not have my phone with me because I was doing some gardening.I got about 6 missed calls from 4 different numbers all from your company.and message to say were am I.I rang back one number and a woman answered and I explained and she agreed that there has been a misunderstanding in communication.and she will rearrange the job.Then I rang the other misted number thinking it might be someone else’s.But no it was a man from the same company explained everything to him and he did not believe me and said he was the managing director and was the person who will be paying and was very rude.So I told him to keep his job.(very rude managing director)

Dear Mr Straw,I am sorry you feel this way.It was only when I took of your old closures that I saw that the poly had bubbled up with it being so old,and the new closures were going to be very hard to put on.It was only the first one that I struggled with,all the others went on fine because like you said you gave me a hand.Then all tha other jobs I was able to do myself.I was very grateful with your help and gave you some money back from the bill.I don’t agree but it is ok with your feedback,you are intitle to your apinion.
