Lovely builder, arrived promptly and took instructions very well. Would use again.

This was one of my most disappointing experiences. Despite higher quotes, I chose Faraaz based on good reviews, expecting quality work. He estimated two days for two people, but on day one they've arrived after 1pm, Faraaz left almost immediately, leaving one worker who barely finished half the job by 9pm. 5 days later, Faraaz brought a complete stranger he met earlier this day at Silco to my house to continue the job. This individual disappeared after an hour, only to return later visibly intoxicated. I had no choice but to ask him to leave and called Faraaz to address the situation. To his credit, Faraaz arrived quickly and apologized, promising to resolve the issue and finish the job the next day with someone else. However, the ordeal continued when the intoxicated worker returned to my door demanding payment.This experience has left me questioning the authenticity of the glowing reviews here. It’s deeply concerning that such unprofessional behavior can be masked by glorious reviews

Unfortunately, I didn’t have the best experience with Prestige Builders. Firstly, he arrived an hour and a bit late which wasn’t the best as I was sitting around waiting for him to arrive. We asked for radiators to be painted and a radiator cover to be assembled and put up. Once he was finished he left a big hole in our wall and didn’t even realise he did it, we had to mention that there’s a hole ?? This was a big hole and not sure how it was done, whilst I appreciate the walls may be thin, this should be something you check beforehand and move accordingly. Once mentioned, there was an apology but no ‘don’t worry I’ll come back, I’ll sort this for you’, it was me messaging him telling him he needs to come back? Then he came back and text me saying he will come back & do another coat of filler & this was a week ago, communication is key and it’s to the point where we don’t want him back when your the one who made a mistake like fix it and move on it’s not that hard. Very disappointing.

Firas was brilliant! Really friendly and did a great job. He went out of his way to come back and finish the job as I wanted some extra things fixed. Great price too! Will use again in the future.

Faraaz is incredibly polite and courteous.He came to our commercial property to assemble furniture which he did with so much skill and a high level of competence . Faraaz took a vast amount of care to ensure I was satisfied with the completed work.I would highly recommend him for any home improvement and refurbishment .

Faraaz was very polite and earnest, responded to texts quickly and I had no qualms giving him keys or leaving him at the property. He also advised me what kind of paint to get which was very helpful. The job did take two days longer than quoted and there were some parts that were missed, although the majority of these were rectified when pointed out. The work that was done was good standard.
