Pleasant and efficient young man who worked well and did a good job.

Job was repairing render and removing some render which was covering damp proof course. Roy came out to see the job and I asked if he could repaint the whole house too, he gave me a quote which was very reasonable and I agreed to the work being undertaken by him. He arrived on time and immediately sorted out the rendering problems, and also prepared my walls and started painting them, an immediate improvement. The second day the walls had a second coat, Roy also replaced my front guttering and painted all my other pipes, guttering and step, went on the roof and took down an old tv aerial and repaired a leak in the roof, he also cleaned out the gutters and cleaned my windows! These jobs Roy did at no extra cost, I am thrilled with the workmanship and have asked Roy to come back and repair my brick garden sheds, he is polite and easy to get on with, cleaned everything up after he had finished and is very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend him. I read the negative comments on this site and am so pleased I ignored them they were totally unjustified, I am a completely happy customer 12/10 Roy, well done!

Initial hiccup with the spacing of spindles on the balcony was rectified the very next day. Roy was pleasant to deal with and we are satisfied, and would use Premier again.

Carried out a very professional job to my chimneys and gable end. Arrived promptly and completed the work on time to a good standard as far as I can see. Only 1 constructive criticism was a slight delay in some communication but only a small hiccup and understandable when you're a busy man! Already got a quote to repoint the side of my house when I get saved up again!

Arrived on time to give quote. Came today to do job. 2 arrived on time and started working straight away. Tidied up when finished, no complaints. Only time will tell if it stands up to the weather. I am sure it will.

Turn up on time and completed the work in the specified time. As the work was to repair the guttering comment on its success can only be provided when the necessary weather conditions exist.

We hired Roy for guttering cleaning, changing/repairing down pipe and applying damp proof course all around the house. Roy (unlike very local builders) came for a quote next day, provided the quote instantly, offered reasonable solutions for a very reasonable price. As soon as we agreed for the job, Roy came on time and did everything as planned and Even fixed extra bits while doing his job. After the job was done Roy emailed the receipt with details of the work done with 15 years guarantee. Very friendly, honest and hopefully we will have Roy back for some other jobs soon. Very recommended.

Initially was very impressed with the builder viewing the job and turning up on time to start the work. Was happy with his suggestions and we agreed a price. The job was completed on time and was paid for a few hours before completion as i was unable to be at home upon completion. When i did return home to view the work i found the general finish and pointing to be of very poor quality. I rang the builder and was assured he would return and finish to a satisfactory standard. Since then have heard or seen nothing.Will NOT be using the services of this builder again.
