Did a great job, wonderful service spoof highly reccomend

Roy came when he said he would, was careful and thoughtful with the replacement guttering job (which spanned three terraced houses), and was very thorough in cleaning up afterwards. He explained what he was doing and why. He was very refreshing as a workman after some of the bad experiences we've had. I've no hesitation to recommend him. jes28951

Responded very quickly and completed the job the following day. Job looks good but has not rained yet so can not tell if it has been successful.

Roy responded straight away to my post on MyBuilder. He visited on a weekend to assess the job and provide a quote, then once I had said I was happy for him to start, he came out and completed the job the very next day. Very prompt service. Felt like he gave a fair quote and didn't try to oversell the job to me. He was able to complete the job whilst I was at work which from my point of view was a great bonus. He had been and gone by the time I had returned and left the work area neat and tidy just as he found it. Unable to comment on workmanship as yet as the real test will be when it rains heavily again, but looks fine as far as I can tell and looks like he has done everything he said he would. Would recommend to others.

at last! - somebody that turns up when they say they are going to & does a good job. I had been messed about by other builders before I found Roy, who was great, so I shall be using him again as first point of call from now on - THANKS
