Roy and his team came to reduce the height of our old kitchen chimney today and tile over the area. They provided excellent service. The job was done in very good time and neatly and all was cleared up afterwards. Can recommend and would certainly use this company again.

Arrived when he said he would. Completed job on time and on budget. Recommended.

Roy did a great job, and worked the problem through with us, discussing options and possible solutions and issues. He gave a feeling of confidence we didn't get from others. Roy did an excellent job in repairing my leaking roof. And he also pointed out another issue that was causing damp, which he and his team fixed. Roy and his team were punctual and the price quoted is value for money. Overall I'm very happy and will in future hire him and his team again. Highly recommend.

Very disappointed in the colour match I was told it would be a better match when dried out, still very white. Roy was a very nice person.

Roy came and looked at the problem, told us what was needed,and how long it would take,priced the work. We accepted his price, and he came and did work, in the time and price he quoted. His worked was tested by a series of heavy downpours and storms a few days later and all was fine. Excellent job and a great price too. Would definitely recommend

Roy was made aware of the urgency of the main repairs, as it was still winter and raining regularly, we didn’t want the new bathroom ceiling spoiling right away since it was freshly plastered. We explained to Roy we wanted quality work. Roy was brimming with confidence at first. When his quote came it was very expensive, I did ask Roy how much work he thought it would be. He said at least 2 days. His quote was £1500. This was for him and a helper. Roy “Completed” his initial work in one day we were quite surprised again. He had implied that the work he intended to do would be more of an undertaking than the work he actually completed. I suspect this was to justify his heavily inflated quote. In the quote Roy clearly states he guarantees his work for 10 Years. I can say that his first attempts did not even last 10 hours. All subsequent attempts did not last any significant length of time either. He did come back and did make 4 attempts at repairs to the problem areas, but each time failing. All I can say is that his work is very much attempts at “quick fixes” (bodges). Not using original or correct materials for the job. Not diagnosing the reasons for leaks correctly. Not investigating properly. Roy worded his quote very carefully as to not commit to any specific type or quality of repair. Roy has ignored all contact once I started asking for a refund on the failed work. So in the end the whole thing was a complete waste of money. Hi "guarantee" is fake. Avoid!
