Roy knew exactly what was needed and gave me a quote for two options. He and his colleague completed the job quickly, quietly and effectively, despite a hitch with a missing delivery of roofing tiles (they went out their way get a replacement order). New roof looks good, would recommend.

Roy and his associate turned up on time and cracked straight in with the job in hand. Unfortunately the weather turned and the pointing that Roy had completed was washed away. He confirmed that the valley was watertight and arranged another day to come around. He was again punctual and this time successful in getting the job done to a high standard with the weather on his side. Whilst there he gave me a quote to replace all the guttering on my house. We arranged a date anarchist again Roy was there first thing and got the job done quickly, efficiently and cleaned up when done. My neighbours were so impressed they both had Rot do their guttering too. I would not hesitate to recommend premier roofing.

2points- assured to give a guarantee for 10 years. Failed to do so. Assured the steps will look like new when cleaning finished. It still got lot of dirty marks. Nice guy, wished you could be more honest. Regards

I wasn’t very happy with the work The man wanted to charge me twice for the work that I need it and he didn’t do it properly and I have to get another person to do the job again so I wouldn’t use him ever again

Roy is a pleasant fellow. He came and provided a sensible quote so we gave him the job. He worked hard and completed the job to an excellent standard. We would definitely use Roy again.

Roy turned up with colleague, got straight on with job and both very polite and courteous. All repairs complete with no fuss, cleared up after themselves and even made some recommendations for the future. All in all, a job very well done and at a very reasonable price too - would highly recommend!
