Needed some repointing doing on the side of my house and Roy seemed nice enough and agreed to do the job, we set a date and a price, confirmed the dates multiple times and I took a day off work so I could be there for him to do the job. Didn’t show up and has since been ignoring calls asking to reschedule if the date has become a problem. Wouldn’t of minded if he needed to reschedule but ignoring calls and a message and no explanation as to why he didn’t turn up should be a massive no in any one’s book. Wasteman

Put a price in for job on Sunday, very good price, job was completed on Tuesday. All work area cleaned up, rubble removed, brushed up. Very decent, genuine, guy. Fantastic job done, would highly recommend to everybody. Thank you.

Roy came and completed the quoted work at a reasonable price. Unfortunately it turned out one of the leaks he 'fixed' was still letting water through. The work came with a 10 year guarantee so I called him, arranged a time to come and have a look. Roy decided not to turn up and is now not responding to my calls, text messages and emails. Steer clear of Roy as it would appear the 10 year guarantee is a scam and so are his roofing skills.

I paid £450 in March for Roy to fix a leaking roof. It appeared to be fixed correctly but in July the roof was leaking again in exactly the same place. I called Roy to ask him to take a look and he has ignored my calls and messages.I wouldn't recommend Premier Roofing and wouldn't use them again.

Roy came with a colleague to fix a small break in a garden wall. He quoted £50 less than competitors (one of whom wanted me to supply the sand, cement and bricks myself!) The job was done quickly and efficiently and to a good standard. For an extra £40, he replaced a small fence panel as well (materials included). They tidied up nicely when they were finished. Great job! We're very pleased and happy to recommend.

Great job, quick and clean facias and soffits replacement, Roy and his colleague were polite & friendly. Definitely recommend. Neighbour has roof envy now.
