Paddy Did some tiling work for me in the bathroom and some fencing. Overall I was very pleased with the end product. He was a nice bloke to deal with. I can recommend him

Paddy was very quick to respond to my email request and arranged to come on a Sunday morning to do the works. The job was to repair the guttering but he also cleaned it out whilst here and removed a bird nest from my satellite aerial! All in all a great job and very pleased. Would definitely use him again and would happily recommend.

PPM has restored my faith in local tradesmen - not only did he want the job, which is rare in my area as many workmen cannot be bothered to even put smaller jobs in their diaries, but he turned up when arranged and completed the jobs within 4 days! Not only was he efficient but he was also very polite,friendly and courteous...and the work has been finished to a high standard. So thanks PPM and I will hopefully see you in a couple of days as I have asked for a quote for another job.So a big thank you and I will definitely recommend people use PPM :)

Paddy is a very professional and prompt tradesman.

Paddy and his son turned up on time and worked their backsides off all day. They completed the job, did a little extra on our neighbors drive out of courtesy and by 5 oclock, were finished and off. As we had a skip on our neighbors drive they made sure everything was cleaned down and you would never have known they had been. First class and will defiantly use again. Thanks guys.

Paddy did the following work for us; 1 Replaced and removed a 65x6 meter fence with close boards and concrete posts. . This entailed having to remove and dispose of 2 20 meter conifers 2 20x 4 meter patio, slabs re-laid , cleaned and new slabs added as required. 3 Shed 3x4 meters re- roofed, door and windows rebuilt. 4 Outside decorative brick wall rebuilt and re-pointed. 5 Hall, stairs, landing, and outer porch redecorated. 6 Downstairs cloakroom coved, redecorated and shower tray resealed. 7 Cleaned and fixed roof guttering. 8 De-mossed flat roof over garage and downstairs study at no extra cost as he noticed it needed doing. Paddy’s work is exemplary, he works to such a high standard, conscientious, clean, efficient, and very good value. Paddy worked so hard and we feel lucky to have found such a complete all round professional. We thoroughly recommend all this work and in our view PPM stands for Premier Property Maintenance.
