Glen spotted the underlying cause of the cracks both inside and outside the house after inspection of the outside walls and recommended the need and explained the benefits of helix stitching to bond the cracked walls together. I have confidence that this will resolve any further issues. He arrived a week after quotation was accepted and carried out the work in a professional manner with his knowledge and experience that gave confidence in his ability. Glen was happy to carry out additional work that was identified on the first day and completed all jobs by the following day. I would highly recommend Glen for any remedial work or brick repair.
