    Urgent Flat roof

I cannot recommend Pat and his team enough. The flat roof joists and firrings on this job required a certain level of thought as we had quite a high number of steels to work around and neither our architect or structural engineer had fully considered this. Pat's team worked quickly and helped us to make decisions on materials to order. We really appreciated all their hard work and have now got them back to do a number of other jobs.

    Garage conversion to bedroom

Pat and his team completed a garage conversion for us. Their quote was clearly broken down and the price was fair. Everyone who worked on the conversion was polite and incredibly hard-working. The site was left tidy and safe at the end of each day. We are thrilled with the end result and our old garage is now a beautiful big bedroom. I would highly recommend Pat to friends and family and we're planning to get a quote from him for some work on our kitchen in the near future.

Plastering ceilings and fitting led lights

Pat was in complete control of this project and was in constant contact from start to completion. The various labourers i.e electricians, plasterers, and decorators were reliable and kept in regular contact with Pat. Any minor issues identified at the end were swiftly rectified and Pat would not accept any payment until I was completely satisfied. Highly recommended.

Garage conversion - Gisburne Way, Watford

I hired Pat and his team to convert my garage into an office. I am very happy to say I would strongly recommend them. Pat came to view the job before committing outside of office hours. He listened to what I wanted, gave advice on how to achieve it and then a competitive quote. During the build Pat and his team were very professional and worked hard to minimise disruption not only to me and my family but also my neighbours. He also dealt with all the council requirements during the project. Should anyone in the area want to se the quality of Pat's work I would be happy for them to come and see the top notch conversion Pat and the team delivered. Daniel

Modernise a home, create kitchen/diner, garage conversi

Thanks Pat & Team for a lovely renovation. The team are commendable, and extremely talented, efficient, kind (and kid friendly!). My garage conversion, floors, plastering works, electrical works and washroom is completed and has a high quality finish. I think we have a small hiccup over the kitchen worktops - we've since resolved with the manufacturers.

    Plasterboarding internal walls and ceiling

We hired Pat and his colleagues to fit some 82.5mm Kingspan insulated plaster board to a vaulted ceiling. Because of the lines in the roof, it was a complicated job with lots of difficult angles to cut but they dealt with the issues very well. We found Pat and his two colleagues to be very professional and the standard of their work was good. Since they undertook the work, our plasterers have commented on the good finishes and we wouldn't hesitate to hire Pat again. I would not have any issues recommending Pat in the future and will certainly use him again in the future. Many thanks Pat
