Peter Mason is a top Electrician and experienced tradesman. His work is high quality top notch delivered without issues. He did the electrical inspection for the Electrical Installation Condition Report (EICR) and Portable Appliance Test (PAT) and helped to disassembly the IKEA beds frame and TV.

Excellent as a landlord, I am very happy with the workmanship and service provided for the EICR Certification to my houses. Very professional , well organised , great communicator. Also great feedback from the Tenants. Would definitely recommend.

- Safety check or report - Multiple appliances or full property **Customer description** I am in the process to purchase a property 46 Fairview Gardens, Stockton-On-Tees, TS20 1UA and I wish to obtain an electrical safety certificate, before purchase. Arrangemnets to visit the property need to be through Ingleby Homes estate agents.
