I was really impressed by Kacper's technical know-how of plumbing and his very down-to-earth and honest attitude. He diagnosed the issue through reading my original job post and quoted me on what needed changing and doing on his reply. On physical inspection of the issue he reconfirmed his diagnosis and reconfirmed his quote where he quoted materials and workmanship separately so I know exactly what I was paying for. I am very pleased with his work and would certainly recommend him for his work and technical skills. Very reasonable rates for excellent quick and painless service. Thanks Kacper.
