Kacper was very professional, great timekeeper, extremely tidy and completed a first class installation of a new en-suite which exceeded our expectations. He was an absolute pleasure to have in our home and was very thoughtful throughout the two weeks he was here. We would not hesitate in recommending him for any Bathroom installation as he was also able to complete all jobs himself.

Kacper was the only tradesman that responded to my posting. He inspected the bathroom and identified the source of the leak very quickly. He scheduled the work very promptly and completed all the work to my bathroom to a very high standard. He ordered all the parts required for the refurbishment detailing his costs which were very reasonable. Very pleased with his work and would recommend him highly.

I cannot praise Kacper enough, we hired him for our job based on the feedback from other customers on my builder.com. I have to say that the feedback is an accurate account of Kacper’s service. From attending to quote the job, he turned up at the time he said he would, discussed the job and gave advice. The quote was received the same evening and was reasonable. After hiring him, we agreed a start date and that the job would take five days and he said he would arrive at 8am. On the first day he arrived at 8am, worked through taking an hour break. He did the same each day arriving at 8 leaving at 5. He was extremely tidy in his work and his work ethic was excellent throughout. He finished the job in the promised 5 days and the work he has done replacing our bathroom and tiling is fantastic. Kacper is a really nice guy, I will definitely use him again and I would highly recommend him.

Kacper did a first class job completely renovating and creating our new bathroom. The work is excellent and his work ethic and manner are exceptional. It was one of the most positive experiences with builders I have had. I highly recommend him for any bathroom work you have. He is also very competively priced. A real gem of a find!

Did a really good job of replacing a bath tub, the shower screen and tap (no damage to tiles). Was very helpful in choosing the right equipment, sourced everything and brought it with him. Very tidy: did not leave any packaging and disposed of items that were replaced. Communicated very well throughout and was extremely reliable: on time and doing everything as agreed. Was the only builder who appeared to have an interest in a smaller job like this.

Very good hard working man. Very little disruption to our home. Removed all the old toilet and sink very quickly. Took the old decoration off. No hidden surprises. All work completed in 3 days. Would recommend to anyone.
