Prompt, polite and professional - and reasonable charges! Kasper took out old bath and sink, replaced with new (supplied by me), replaced broken tiles, plumbed-in new taps - which he had quoted on. He also replaced a stop-cock that wasn't working and installed a new one on the cold supply to the bath, also supplied the extra 'bits' needed to re-attach the sink drainage - all the 'extras' at a nominal cost. He arrived on time, worked all day, and got the job done no fuss. I would use him again and have no hesitation to recommend him.
