Kacper dealt with several plumbing problems that I had allowed to build up in my bathroom. He was spot on time, even though I live around a traffic hotspot. He is polite, efficient and honest - e.g. a leaky water tank pipe was solved simply by tightening a bolt, no need to drain the tank or replace the seal as I was expecting! Tidied up at the end too. I would not hesitate to use Kacper again - 100% all-round service!

Kacper was great. He replied quickly to my message on this site and was available within the next few days. He arrived exactly when he said he would and identified the problem and fixed it quickly (when other plumbers had been at a loss to find what was wrong). He then came back a week later to reseal the part of the bathroom he had to take out to fix the leak and did a very neat job of that. He does all of this at a very reasonable rate too. I would definitely recommend him.

Very prompt, capable and trustworthily, problems resolved quickly (this plumber also in the end replaced my old victorian piping with a more efficient form of piping and have had no problems with flooding and drainage since ! Highly recommended.
