My toilet cistern needed attention. I received 3 replies and he was the only one who seemed to be able to identify the problem and offer a clear and appropriate quote which was £60 plus parts. Appointment was made easily and quickly. He turned up dead on time, he had a neat appearance. The job was done quickly and satisfactory. When I mentioned that the cistern had been taking more time to fill up, he offered to increase the water pressure which he quickly and successfully did. At the end he explained what the problems were and what he had done and which parts he exchanged (he did not charge for the parts by the way). He left me a card with his bank details so that I could pay by online banking. Everything was just easy, neat and perfect. I highly recommend him. Thanks Kacper!
