He found the issue and came back the necxt day and now the shower is perfect. He also cleared up everything afterwards. The plumber from LKM was on time, efficient, explained the problem and demonstrated what was at fault. I have a problem with low water pressure and he advised me the best type of shower I needed. He returned as arranged to fit my new shower after recommending a place where i could buy it that was much cheaper, saving me £30. I was very pleased with how he worked, extremely tidy and courteous. He worked long hours and was unfailingly pleasant and polite, quiet and tidy. He had high standards and completed the task of bathroom renovation to our satisfaction. He dealt with every new request uncomplainingly and his initial quote remained unchanged. He was always contactable, cheerful and reliable. If you are really searching for any fault it could be that he is a passionate Arsenal fan, but don`t let that put you off hiring an excellent plumber. LKM did a reasonable job. Fast to reply with emails and arrangements, on the day was a little late, I had to call to find out if he is still coming. He seemed to have very good plumbing experience, but a little messy on the fitting side. Perhaps it was a mishap, but while cutting the back of the cupboard, the bag birst and all the wood dust went all over the place. I asked for my old taps to be fitted into the sink, he did express reservations, but only told me the knob for the cold water was broken after sealing everything. I will now either have to get him back to fit a new tap or get someone else... Not ideal!Answer from tradesperson:
Firstly, I will apologise again for the burst bag from my cutting machine it’s something outside my control however no damage was caused and I cleaned up the mess so I don’t really see any issue. Regarding the tap I was surprised that you wanted me to fit an old, buttered, loose, broken, used, discoloured tap on a new vanity unit and as you rightfully mentioned in your feedback I clearly advised you against it from the onset and yet you insisted. For less than £40 you could have got a new tap from b&q which is just around the corner from your flat and I was prepared to wait. So I don’t really see what more I or anybody else could have done for you.

Very good service - did a great job replacing the radiator that he quoted for then fixed several other problems with the plumbing but refused to take any more than the quote. We have since used him for a couple more time and continue to find the work really good.
