Blessing did a great job working hard to identify the problem. He worked hard for 2 hours eliminating different things. He gave me a number of options going forward which we ended up not needing as he was right - despite what Thames Water told me the problem was at the outside valve. He explained everything to me and he tidied up after himself. After getting out what turned out to be a not so competent plumber over the weekend he restored my faith in plumbers and I would definitely recommend him and use him again. His fees were entirely reasonable.

Really pleased with the work carried out, fitting 3 small radiators in our bay window. Work was to a high standard and was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely recommend LKM to others.
