Mr. B. MZWIMBI installed a heating system in my flat to heat the water in the cylinder. It worked fine when placed on timer, but started to switch off when placed on the 'ON' position. He only replied to my texts and checked the problem once I told him I was writing a review here. After, he changed a piece of the system and it worked for about three weeks. On week three approximately the system stopped working again. The same day my partner and I were in our bedroom and I was next to the door were the system and cylinder are kept and I heard a noise. I opened the door and saw that a cable was on fire, I panicked and extinguished the fire with a cushion and switch off the system completely immediately. I called Mr Mzwimbi and explained the situation, he said he would come on any of two days he was in London the following week as he was on holidays, however, he didn't and I haven't heard from him since then. This incident happened about two weeks ago. He was very calm and relaxed when I told him about the fire, he didn't even apologise. He showed complete disregard for the seriousness of the incident. When I first contacted him I asked him if he is a certified electrician and he said he is. I don't think this is the case as two members of staff from Hackney Council that visited my place afterwards told me that Mr Mzwimbi had used smaller than needed cables on the installation. This morning I’ve asked Mr Mzwimbi for a refund and he hasn’t replied to me.

LKM carried out a "free inspection" visit which was really useful and saved on potential costly diagnostic costs which would have been incurred if using other plumbers. The work was carried out as part of a follow up visit, on time, at the agreed price and the quality of work was very good. I can definitely recommend.
