The engineer was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced and paid high attention to details whilst carrying out the work efficiently. The issue was resolved at my flat within the hour and my hot water now works perfectly! The engineer also gave me useful troubleshooting tips for if ever there was a similar incident in future. I would highly recommend Otis Flame, very reliable and efficient!!

The engineer came to do a throughout inspection before advising on the quote. The job was carried out in a highly professional manner, attention to details and so much patience while dealing with side issues that came up due to the current structure/pipework of the flat. Everything was fixed and installed to perfection. I had some questions a few days after the installation and promptly received all the information I needed. I highly recommend their service!
