Communication throughout was excellent, the job was completed very quickly and efficiently. Blessings quoted me a price for the work, then helped me to find the best deal on a shower fitment. He even fixed a leak underneath the sink as an extra which was great. The only issue we had was with the fees. I sent all the money up-front + VAT that was fitted but when I questioned whether I should be refunded the difference for the VAT he would claim back, he changed the subject and left very swiftly... He was massively helpful and accommodating, came along to quote for the job quickly, collected the new water tank, & fitted it, explained the controls to my tenant, and even came back to the flat later to explain it again to me and hand over the paperwork!
