Wael was very friendly and did an excellent job. He unblocked the blockage of the outside drain by taking the grill off and using water pressure and drain rods plunger. I will ask for his services again and definitely recommend Wael.

Wael came on the expected day. He was very professional and helpful. He fixed the tap and even fixed another issue we had in the bathroom without additional charges. He did a great job! I was very pleased with his work.

Wael responded promptly, and started the work striaght away. However, I wanted someone to provide an expert view in varios things in the house, but he was very rushed. He was not able to provide a solution to the broken taps in the bathroom or the shower, other than you have to replace everything. The things that he fixed are working fine though, hence the neutral feedback. In the end, I hired him because I needed some urgent help, but I would not hire him again.

Great work very thorough and polite.

Did an excellent job - no complaints. Only came in to give quote but then after stating fee started job on the spot. Ended up having to come back day after with a replacement toilet cistern, but did work quickly and tidily and it has worked so far.
