Wael was great. He came over and fixed the radiator valve the next day. Friendly, efficient, good communication and good service. I would not hesitate to use his company again.

Wael answer so quick to my invitation! He come around to see and discuss the job have to be done and agreed on price and everything. The next day he change his programs a bit for make my job because was quite urgent, in the weekend, with short notice . He did a such good and professional job with a competitive prices. Wael promptly followed up my job request very quickly and came to view the blocked toilet within a couple of hours. Over the phone he discussed what options were likely to be possible and that we would review once he’d seen the problem. Upon arrival he quickly assessed the job and we agreed he’d try to unblock the toilet using a specialist plunger. This seemed to unblock the toilet quite quickly. Wael insisted on staying to reflush the toilet until he and I were satisfied the blockage was probably gone and the toilet was working correctly again. He assured me he would return, at no extra charge, should the problem not be resolved. A prompt and efficient service delivered by a polite and professional person. Would recommend.
