Wael completed this job as we hoped and was the first person to respond and to be fair was around at the house with other parts to complete the job by 10am. I didn't feel it fair to leave a negative review because the job was completed, however... - Wael quoted a price to come and attend to the job which we agreed. - Then he called me to say on the way over he could source the new plug we needed at £45. He refused to provide an invoice and refused to admit the part wasn't £45 (which it isn't - but fine - I get that people need to earn money from the effort they are going to) - we agreed on £45 for the part and he would come and fit it. - When Wael turned up and was part was through fitting it, I had left for work and he then asked for more money. This made my partner very uncomfortable being on her own. Overall, I felt Wael was trying to take advantage and charge more when we had clearly agreed a price to come out and sort a plug problem! This was a small job that took less than half an hour to sort. I'm afraid to say I would not hire Wael again due to lack of transparency and simplicity.

Thoroughly satisfied with the work Wael completed on a tricky problem with some old leaking pipes. Would recommend.

I contacted Wael due to ongoing issues that my son had with his bathroom in a rented property. Wael was super efficient, he did the work within 24 hours of contact and went over and above to get the part that was needed to be able to get the job finished. He was very professional and easy to get in touch with. I would highly recommend.

The best honest plumber you could find on mybuilder. He look for the fault on my sink and why it was leaking, find it and gave me the best advice he could to tell me how to fix it. He came on time, on the same morning and with all his equipment. He really did the extra miles to help me and I appreciate that. His asking price were more than reasonable and fair. He left the room cleaned and tidy. I’m very happy and no more leaking and received advice how to prevent it again to happen. I really recommend him as he is very honest and straight forward.
