New Worcester boiler fitted efficiently with the minimum hassle possible and the job was done in one day. Arran and his team worked hard until the job was completed with the least disruption possible. They covered stairs and other surfaces as needed and cleaned and tidied up afterwards. There was a problem at the end with the Wi Fi receiver on the boiler but Arran worked calmly until the problem was solved - he tracked down and collected a replacement which worked first time! I was impressed with the attention to detail - for example they used a socket for the thermostat and put a double socket adapter in so my coffee maker still had the power outlets it needed. I have mobility issues and Arran and his team made sure I didn't have to do extra walking and also that there was nothing I could trip over. Arran didn't leave until he was sure I knew what I was doing and could operate the boiler with my phone. Highly recommended.

Aaran and the team were in and out of the house over 3 weeks, working around other contractors during a renovation. They replaced all my radiators, moved and replaced the boiler, fitted a Hive, and chased in a load of pipes. They dealt with issues that inevitably came up really quickly, accommodated changes mid-way through the project with no problem, were friendly, respectful of my home, very competitively priced and replied to messages quickly even on Sunday evenings. When you’re a woman living alone you think carefully before you hand over a key to your home to people you’ve only met once or twice. I had no hesitation with these guys.

Plumbco came to the property to do the job in a timely manner, I had purchased some parts online for fitment as part of the job, Arron pointed out that one of the parts was not appropriate for the place it was being fitted, he was correct (the towel rail stood way too far off the wall for the room), he carried out all the other bits of work that was spec’d as part of the job. We then arranged for a second visit to resolve the two outstanding issues with the job (both issues due to parts I had ordered). He returned 2 weeks later after I had had the parts delivered and fitted them with no issue. Arron and his colleagues were very professional through the job and the process of assessing the job. They made sensible suggestions were required. They were very clean and tidy in the process of the job (I think the house was cleaner when they left) There have been no issues with any of the work they have carried out since it was finished.

Arran did a great job fitting the boiler, gave a competitive quote and my tenants are really happy with his work.
