We struck gold when we found John of Plumbchum. Although relatively new, our house had water damage from leaks (on more than one occasion) in our main bathroom, en suite and cloakroom. Fed up with these ongoing plumbing problems and lack of storage in these rooms we purchased new sanitaryware, bathroom units, etc. We then spent months trying to find a plumber who would undertake refurbishing the rooms on a labour only basis. Eventually, we posted our job on myBuilder, with an outcome that we selected Plumbchum on the basis of reviews posted on this site and meeting John to discuss our requirements. John then went on to do an excellent job. We can't praise him enough; everything was completed promptly and in agreed timeframes, everywhere was left tidy, he brought in other trades where they were needed (and they were good too), went out of his way to resolve any design changes that occurred and his workmanship was superb. We love the rooms and it's all thanks to John. We have no hesitation is recommending John of Plumbchum and would employ him again for any future refurbishments.
