Alan and his team did the work required to a very good standard. This included brickwork repointing and also guttering downpipes and drainage. The lads were friendly and polite and did a good clean up at the end.

Posted a job on a Friday evening and the work was completed by Monday morning. Very happy to have it completed so quickly and to a very good standard. Good communication, nice and friendly guy to talk to and will definitely use again if needed

Alan made a good job of plastering the kitchen ceiling and cleaned up when he finished. I would certainly call him again if I need any work done and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Very pleased with work. Fitted me in on short notice. Arrived on time and cracked straight on. Did best to limit mess (difficulty with plaster!) and cleaned and tidied as he went. Would highly recommend and will be keeping Alan’s number for any future plastering work I require.

I would not recommend Allan Howard Plaster-Line to my worst enemy. To summarise, there was almost zero communication during the duration of the job unless it was a demand for payment, I got lied to multiple times, disrespected my property, did a shabby job and was left in thousands pounds debt as a result of losing all central heating radiators. Allan is extremely unprofessional. He could disappear from your property without letting you know which is common courtesy when absent from a job. I had to message him multiple times when I didn’t see him at the property, so I could find out what was wrong. He would not provide an invoice but demand an instant payment. He also left my windows wide open on a rainy evening after he climbed through one of them to get his van keys despite telling him I could provide an extra key if he came to my house ( 5 min walk). I never found the key that he supposedly posted through the letter box, and never told me where it went. Each day I’m seeing new deep cracks on the walls. I asked Allan to come back to fix the shabby work. He did say he would come and do it, however this was another lie and never turned up. Ps: I’ve posted my experience with images at Timewasters, Scammers, Discussions and Advice ( North east) group on Facebook. My review is too long to be posted on here but would like to ensure all facts are clearly set out.

Excellent job done by Alan. His work is of a very high standard. Fast, efficient service, and bedroom looks amazing. Very professional. Would definitely recommend him.
