I’m writing a review ahead of the full works being completed but, truthfully I think that is the biggest compliment to the standard of works Jodi & James have done and hopefully useful for anyone else who is considering using them. This is the first time I have used MyBuilder and having shortlisted people alongside Phoenix with considerably more feedback I instructed Jodi having felt reassured on the call I had with him and also reviewing his work/reviews on Google which is highly impressive. The attention to detail these two work to is second to none. I’m slightly ashamed to admit I have to have everything perfect when it comes to the garden and to make 32 panels of fencing millimetre level is far from easy especially when you uncover historical foundations, a neighbour whose patio runs over your boundary and needless to say a garden which isn’t perfectly level, however, the nearly finished works have surpassed all expectations and I can honestly say I am delighted. We have already asked Jodi to quote for additional work and would recommend him without hesitate to anyone. If you are contemplating using Jodi from my experience I can honestly say I don’t think you will be disappointed in the slightest. They turn up when they say they will, work incredibly hard, are competitively priced and in my view work to a standard that is above the rest.

Jodi and James were fantastic from start to finish! Phoenix fencing Inc understood our needs from the start and also offered advice on how to achieve the maximum from the space we had. The end result was a fabulous decked area with veranda and statement steps that were incased in the decking structure. Whilst the build was carried out the weather was not particularly helpful but Jodi kept me informed of his availability throughout and there was always good communication. I would recommend Jodi who is a truly skilled bespoke carpenter and transformed the area that leads to our garden room adding a true wow factor!!!

I am very very happy with the decking over the pond. It looks great and Jodi made it safer for me to step straight out from the conservatory without stepping down onto it. The job was done quickly, professionally with a nice friendly touch. I have booked Jodi to go the remaining jobs…fencing, decking with a shed. Very pleased with your work Jodi. Thank you!

Jodi built us a long railing alongside our existing deck and steps. He sourced the material himself, using high quality material which he only installed once he was happy with it (he did an additional run to the shops when he wasn’t happy with one of the parts delivered) and also identified the need for an additional 2 steps leading into the garden which he built for us at no additional cost. Highly recommend Jodi for any fencing or decking work!

Amazing service and amazing work. Jodi was happy to make positive (and cost saving) suggestions whilst inspecting for the quote. Quote was reasonable and returned promptly and a start date was confirmed and stuck to. Job was supposed to last 5 days but Jodi and the team got it done in 4. Quality of the finished fencing is excellent to the point where random passers by are telling us how good it looks. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.
