John did advise correctly to resolve a long standing issue around the cause of loss of heating temperature at one of my properties (admittedly not the one listed here as this one was resolved when the job was posted - however I was quoted the rates on the original call as £80 per hour of which the 1st 30mins are diagnosis) however when I received the bill I felt the charge for 2 hrs or units as listed at £160 was unwarranted. I was quoted £80 per hour and the visit was an hour. I was billed 2 units at £80 per unit at £160.00. When I queried this bill, apparently it included travel costs. Just to make others aware of this so it's transparent and upfront for others to know. If the travelling costs were included I would have chosen someone closer had I known this is a standard charge and to make others aware of this point.
