John quickly came out and on the face of it charged what seemed to be a fair price for the work carried.
The Boiler was serviced and the leaky/noisy tap resolved.
John agreed to send the service certificate/paperwork by email. This never arrived despite repeatedly chasing for it. The boiler is now having issues where it didn't before and the taps are leaking again.
It is with some hesitation I leave negative feedback, the later issues I'm having may or may not have anything to do with the work carried out. I would've been happy if John had done as promised and sent the certificate. If there was a problem just tell me instead of the radio silence.
John was very accommodating and understanding of my busy schedule. Completed the service promptly and issued the required certificate within 24 hrs.
Made an exception for me and worked on Saturday, which was very helpful.
