Did a good job for a fair price

Great job completed by Phil . We had quite a few fiddly bits to finish off our ongoing project, which required attention to detail and good joinery skills . Wish we had found him before to do our complete project, (and then we wouldn’t have been left with unfinished fiddly bits) !! Highly recommended !

Phil was brill when it came to fitting us a new bannister / doors etc. We moved into our property and it didn’t have a bannister and the newel posts had been cut in half. We thought it would be a bit of a pain job as a result but Phil was brill and explained what he was going to do and how he would do it. We also needed a bathroom door fitting / hanging but the architrave needed extending - again Phil did it no problem. Along with some skirting boards and architrave throughout the house. The most prompt to respond / quote and availability of all the tradesmen we contacted. He came to quote up super quick (even between Christmas and new year!). He also provided a written quote on text within a few days of coming round to quote up. Would not hesitate to recommend Phil or use him again.

Phil fitted two double mirrored wardrobes and a glass panelled staircase. We are really pleased with the work and would definitely recommend Phil, who is hard working, punctual and a really nice bloke Could not have asked for better Good experience all round

After a complete disaster with a 'joiner' who attempted to fit a set of stairs but failed miserably (the steps were more vertical than horizontal) I engaged Phil and Gary who came around, spent an hour planning what could be done, measured up and gave me a quote to start work the following week which I accepted the following day. They came, were very professional, lovely and I quickly knew they were going to put the job right. They didn't stop all day arriving at 8am every morning working till 4-.30 and got the stairs sorted in a few days this I'm used ripping out the stairs, cutting through the loft ceiling, rebuilding the stairs, boarding,plastering and finishing off the entrance to the loft with skilled precision. They charge a day rate and for that you get 2 work horses who are fully qualified, are lovely and have over 60 years time served between them. I'm so happy and relieved that I engaged them and have got them coming back to do another big job for me. I've been conned and ripped off with a roofer, joiners and a loft company and I promise you that this is the only company that hasn't failed me. They take pride in their work and don't fail to deliver. 100% recommendation from me. Note-Phil takes 2 sugars in his coffee and Gary takes 1. Thanks to both of you for restoring my faith in people by doing a class job.

There isn't enough praise I can give to Phil and Gary. We had a builder mess us about with our stairs and these two came to our rescue. They basically gave us a brand new stair case. The stairs went from squeaky to silent in the few hours they worked. If you are looking for joinery work they are your guys, you will not be disappointed. Recommend a million times.

Would 100% recommend Phil and Gary. Such a professional service and the job has been completed to the highest standard. Great communication from first point of contact through to finishing the job.
