While they were repointing my chimney they noticed the ridge on my roof was not right and some tiles were turned up a bit so they had a look in the loft and saw splits in the rafters with the 65 year old felt coming off, black dust from the old tar on the felt, so got me worried but they were brilliant in sorting out the roof almost immediately and put it right plus the new felt and ridges. Lovely and prompt communication with Danny and I felt reassured at all times so a five star to them most definitely
