Repair on my mum's house. My mum had had several repairs done to the roof to try to stop a leak, however it persisted. Unique Roofing turned up for check it out, went into the attic (which previous people hadn't), and immediately knew where the issue was. Repaired the spot there and then, no coming back needed Invoice received quickly with the 12 month guarantee stated on it

Even though it was a Saturday when I discovered the leaky roof, Mike came to see what needed to be done, quoted for the job, and returned about three hours later to complete the work for the price agreed. He also advised that, as the roof wasn't currently felted underneath the slates, a full re-roofing may be needed at some stage, and he gave a rough estimate of what that would cost including felting.

Done a decent job replacing fascia boards and tiles. Was competitively priced. Kept me up to date when workers would commence

The Job was not done correctly. The gutter was not bolted down, so when the snow came, it pushed the gutter from the wall. I contacted the company to come and fix it as per their guarantee, the company came out to sort out the problem

Sorted out a leaking roof. Very approachable and updated throughout the process. Hopefully there won’t be any leaks when it rains in future.
