I must say Paddy has done a very very good job, and has made sure everything has been 100% done and would strongly recommend Paddy any other jobs i need doing i will definitely be contacting Paddy 110%. Mevlin

Paddy and the gang did a fine job. Was very accommodating, always kept us informed of what was happening and what his next steps were. Their work was completed within stated timescales. They kept their work area tidy and as clean as possible at the end of each day and at the end of the job. I would definitely hire again.

Great work, quick and efficient going above and beyond the call of duty. Definitely recommend.

Paddy and his team did an excellent job getting the house damp proofed , on time and within budget ! Very happy and he s coming back to do another couple jobs soon speaks for itself really ! If your hesitant about hiring tradesmen hire paddy he will not disappoint !!

We got 3 different quotes for our job but only Paddy's was in our budget. But to be honest I had decided to hire him before I got the last quote. I had a very good impression during his first visit, he took his time, checked the whole house and explained clearly what he would do and why. The job started on time and finished on time and we paid what was announced. The house was left clean all the time and I'm not a specialist but I'm sure it's done well and we won have any issues. I definitely recommend Paddy and I kept his number in case. Thanks again Paddy and sorry for the time it took me to write a review :)

I decided to go with PC building based on reviews on this site, and I can now add another positive review to that. Paddy was able to complete the work on my house at short notice, as I was moving out of the house, and he had the work completed quickly and within the budget he quoted. His team have done a great job and I'm delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend Paddy and his team.

Sorry about that,but we did send feedback obviously it must have been lost or mislaid.Patrick did a grand job for my aunt Annie. He sealed the whole wall in a day and it has'nt leaked since the house is as dry as a bone . I hope this has not prevented him from getting work.i would certainly use him again if we needed him. My apologies, Annie (niece).

We had several contractors quote for the job we posted but we went with Paddy as he was the most reasonable and due to the feedback on this site. We couldn't agree more with the feedback Paddy has already received. He kept us right with all building regs and gave us regular updates on the property. He was able to resolve any unexpected issues which arose quickly and efficiently. The whole job was finished a lot faster than expected. When he told me it would only take 4 weeks I assumed it would be 8 weeks but he kept to the time frame which he set his mind to. Some of the work carried out was: remove 3 chimney breasts, remove supporting wall, damp proof course, plastering throughout, new doorsand all new woodwork.

Brilliant Job completed in my house! Very good advice given by paddy and his team. Job completed on schedule, tidied up after themselves every day. Kept in contact to keep up to date with how the work was coming along. Definitely recommend

I can't say enough good things about Paddy's work, I hired him to fix a number of problems caused by previous builders and he's restored my faith in the trade! Paddy fixed the damp problems in my house within budget and the time period discussed. He went the extra mile and found the underlying problems and saved me a lot of money in the process. I really appreciated how he left the house spotless every night and I've already recommended him to my older parents as I know he'll take good care of them too.
