Of all the advice and quotes we got Paddy’s was the most detailed and realistic. He is a down to earth individual who has good contacts and years of experience, he was able to help problem solve some of our very old house’s issues. I have no hesitation in recommending his services and am happy to be contacted by any future customers.

Paddy and his team have been very helpful. We needed a damp and cold single block extension tanked against damp and insulated to warm our home. No request was too much. His team took out old wall fixings, damp proofing was added and insulation and then they plastered the room for a clean finish. He also supplied staff to replace two old radiators in the home at a very reasonable and professional standard. We are decorating now and paddy has arranged to add final touches like skirting when we are all done. Thanks paddy for all your help and advice.

We hired PC Building for what we thought was just dampproofing but it turned into a bigger job. Paddy was great. He came out and quoted and then started the work the next week. He completed the job in the time that he told us. Issues came up as the job was started and he kept us up to date the entire time. And still managed to completed the job in the time he told us. They were clean and friendly and always on time. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will hire them again for our next job.

I needed a Builder to inspect a property that I was in the process of Purchasing as damp along with other internal and external issues were flagged in my Home Buyers Report. Paddy met me at the Property and carried out a thorough inspection and was able to clearly advise me on the issues and concerns associated with the Property. Following his inspection I was able to make a clear decision on how to proceed with the purchase. I would certainly recommend PC Building as Paddy was great to deal with, very honest and professional.
