Paul responded to my email on the same day and as he lived nearby came to look at the job that day. He seemed to know his 'stuff' and gave me a quotethere and then, I accepted and the job was completed within 6 days. Exactly what I wanted as the gutter was leaking badly. He removed old guttering, fitted new deep-fill guttering and hopper and improved the fall to enable rain water to drain freely. I am considering him for another job if the quote is right.
